The condensed-matter group in the Physics Division at Kalmar University invites applications for a postdoctoral position in theoretical condensed matter/nanospintronics. We are looking for a condensed matter theorist with interests in magnetic, electronic and transport properties of nanostructures. The main purpose of this position is to strengthen and bridge ongoing research in nanomagnetism and quantum transport in nanostructures. Applicants are required to have a Ph.D. in condensed matter theory. Previous background and experience in the proposed research area are advantageous.
