The decay rates of the Higgs boson as a key to new physics

Daniel López (UBA-CONICET)

The LHC has discovered a new Boson, with a mass close to 125.5 GeV, with similar characteristic to the Higgs boson of the SM. But some questions still are neccessary to be addressed. Is really the Higgs Boson? Is the Higgs boson of the SM or not exactly? It is possible to say something about Supersymmetry analysing the Higgs decays rates? Wath about Dark matter? In this talk we are going to try to address, or at least discuss, this and other questions.

Este seminario se llevará a cabo el Martes 11 de septiembre a las 14hs en el aula de seminarios del departamento de física.
